Case Study: Triple Win Heating and Cooling
Triple Win Heating and Cooling was struggling to show up for certain local search terms, which meant customers around the South Elgin area were choosing their competitors instead of them for HVAC services.
Their website was very basic, with not much information about their core services, and their Google Business Profile was not as optimized as it could be.
The goals were to get found and get chosen by more local customers.
Results
- They moved up in many different search results, and they became more visible to their local customers.
- Google Business Profile interactions (website clicks / calls) improved, with about double the interactions in July and September than in May.
